GENERAL
No, we are only suggesting boat excursions with pilots.
We allow until 12 people per boat. Beyond, you should book a second boat.

Prices including the boat exclusive availability for you with a pilot, the privatization during the time wanted, gas and cultural knowledges by our pilots.
No, we are only suggesting private group excursions.
No maximum time is required. For more than 2 hours, you should count on 190€ per extra hour.
Our fleet consists in american pontoon boats “Suntracker”. 8 meters long and 2.5 meters width with sofa corners.
We allow swimming, however we are not taking charge of any responsibility. No supervision is insured by the pilot.
During the trip, you could visit the remains of the lacustrine submarine houses, the smuggler’s cave only reachable by boat, the Duingt castle and his incredible bay, Talloires abbaye, Menthon saint Bernard bay with its castle on the lake and finally the majestic cliffs Roc de Chère. (It depends on the time and departure place).
There is no toilets neither cabins on board.
If you are late, the excursion sould be shorten. Please manage your time to find a parking.
Yes, dogs are allowed.
No, it is not required.
CATERING SERVICE
Appetizer option : 25€ / people :
Including a fine charcuterie board, local cheeses, fresh bread and vegetable dips. Water and juices, 1/3 wine per person. Beer, extra bottle and champagne on request (extra cost).
Fondue option : 40€ / people :
Have a taste of our delicious cheese Fondue, including a fine charcuterie board, fresh bread, vegetable dips and pastries. Water and juices, 1/3 wine per person. Beer, extra bottle and champagne on request (extra cost).
Cocktail option : 40€ / people :
A complete menu, with appetizer :
Vegetable dips with soft cheese and herbs.The starter : salmon toast and light bites with fois gras. The course : Supreme of chicken or beef Tagliata.To continue with a local cheese board with fresh bread and finish with pastries. Water and juices, 1/3 wine per person. Beer, extra bottle and champagne on request (extra cost).
Yes, you could bring your appetizer, drinks…for free.
You should bring your own glasses, plates, cool box… We don’t have any device to keep it cold.
You could play music with our Bluetooth option on board.
DEPARTURE / ARRIVAL POINT
The most of our departure starts from Annecy, ponton des Aravis (quai de la tournette) near the city center. However, we can organize departure from every other pontoons around the lake (On request). Beware about departure from Doussard and lake end : a 50€ extra is requested.
Yes, we could start from any pontoon.
Yes, you could start from a point and be droped on another.
We do not have parking spaces, please manage your time to park.
Our boats are the only pontoon boats on the lake. Our logo is yellow on a black font.
BOOKING
You could book directly on our website with our new platform : https://www.water-taxi.fr/reserver/ or send us an email at : info@water-taxi.fr
To confirm a booking we need : the date, time, duration, if you want us to prepare you appetizer or bring it by yourself. Also, we need the number of people, departure and arrival point, and a phone number to reach you on.
During the booking, a deposit is required if you contact us by email. On the platform, You can choose either to pay a deposit or the total amount online.
You could pay by card or cash.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND BAD WEATHER
Cancel or modify a booking is free from your side until 1 week before the excursion date. Beyond, some costs could be applied to your modification, cancellation.
Only the company is allowed to cancel if the sailing becomes complicated with weather conditions. In this case, you will be refunded. Also, our boats are equipped with covers in case of little rain to protect you.
In case of little rain, we are not cancelling the excursion, covers are available to protect you. In case of driving rain, strong wind and if the sailing becomes dangerous, the tour is cancelled and you will be refund.
We have covers on the top but not on the sides.
